Who You Gonna Call?
A Midlands-based VoIP service provider is urging IT service companies to consider a partnership, and reap the benefits of internet telephony.
Sipcentric, based in Birmingham, has already partnered with four local IT firms, which are now offering VoIP to their clients as a service that they can provide. The partnerships have rebranded the VoIP software, to coincide with the other communication services they offer.
Managing Director of Sipcentric, Charles Chance, said: “Our mission is to prove that VoIP doesn’t have to be complicated. Our aim is to become the leading internet telecoms operator in the UK and our success will ultimately depend on the success of our partners.
“The beauty of it is, our partners don’t need to be extremely clued up on the VoIP systems. We support and service their clients, with our round-the-clock engineers,” added Mr Chance.
Keen IT Solutions obtained a key partnership with Sipcentric two months ago. Managing Director of Keen IT Solutions, Phil Keen is thrilled with how the service has worked.
“Our business has seen a massive improvement since we’ve formed this partnership with Sipcentric. We don’t have any of the problems we had with our previous supplier and if we have a new feature request, we just call Sipcentric and they implement it within a matter of hours. It’s literally that simple.
“By partnering with Sipcentric, we are able to offer our customers a solution that matches their individual requirements - regardless of how often it changes,” said Mr Keen.
Keen IT Solutions has full control of its pricing and call tariffs, leaving Sipcentric to deal with technical support and maintenance.
