Wedding Belles Flock to Deer Park Hall
A leading Worcestershire wedding venue is proving love really is in the air, as bookings soar and preparations get underway for a busy spring season.
Deer Park Hall, in Eckington is hoping more couples will now say ‘I do’ to its specially tailored wedding packages, after unveiling a romantic new feature room at its Pershore site.
The venue has officially opened its new Bredon Room, a special feature room complete with a spectacular ‘wall of glass’, providing panoramic views across the deer park towards the iconic Malvern Hills. This newly constructed room means the venue can now cater for up to 150 guests for civil ceremonies and wedding receptions, within its Grade II listed buildings and stunning rural setting.
Couples looking for a breathtaking venue for their special day are invited to meet the team from Deer Park Hall at the ‘I Will’ Malvern Wedding Show on March 27, being held at the Three Counties Showground.
Deer Park Hall, situated on a 1,400 acre farming estate, dates back to the late 1700s. Complete with oak panelling, open fireplaces, lavender garden, terraced lawn, stream and waterfall.
Caron Steele, director, Deer Park Hall, said: “We’re really looking forward to the Malvern Wedding Show. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet couples and talk to them about their plans for the most important day of their lives.”
“Bookings have been flooding in, but we’re keen to spread the word and let even more prospective brides and grooms know about our fantastic enhanced facilities.
Caron added: "At Deer Park Hall we encourage our brides to theme their wedding so that each wedding is unique to the couple and not just an 'off-the-shelf' package. With traditional garden games on the lawn, fallow deer, sheep and cattle roaming the neighbouring fields, and the opportunity for the younger guests to feed spring lambs, it capitalises on its romantic rural setting.”
“We are always open to new ideas and enjoy helping the bride and groom fulfill their dreams. We offer the ultimate in flexibility with a choice of caterers and other key suppliers to create the perfect day"
Newly-weds Sarah Lee and David Atkinson, who held their wedding reception at Deer Park Hall, remarked:
“We had such a fantastic day and all the guests couldn't stop telling us how lovely the setting and the halls were; I do believe we've put Worcestershire on the map for quite a few of those in attendance! “
As an environmentally aware wedding venue, Deer Park Hall plants a tree for every 20 guests that come to a wedding.
Deer Park Hall boasts one of the 'Top Ten Views' in the country overlooking open fields where fallow deer graze down to the river, with the spectacular backdrop of the Malvern Hills.
