A website design specialist in Cardiff has launched a new service to help small business owners achieve more tangible results from their website.

Lobster Web Design’s, 'Results Programme' is an ongoing service, which gives an existing website a makeover, then monitors and tweaks it over a six-month period to optimise its performance, bringing in regular enquiries and delivering the results that business owners want to achieve.

The initial makeover improves the website copy and makes the ‘call to action’ more prominent. Lobster then identifies the key phrases relating to the business, which potential customers are likely to run a web search for, then adapts the website to ensure it appears towards the top of a list of search results for those keywords.

Before commencing work on the website, a minimum number of enquiries that Lobster Web Design guarantees will be generated by the site is agreed upon. This target is factored on the average sale price of the client’s products or services, with the aim that when the target is achieved, the service has at the very least paid for itself.
