Understanding emotional intelligence: 'The key to business success'
A Birmingham based company is offering potential clients a free emotional intelligence assessment and 90-minute coaching session in a bid to demonstrate the effectiveness of its innovative profiling tool. Companies like Toyota, Johnson & Johnson and British American Tobacco (BAT) have already used Powerful Organisation's revolutionary E-Scale system to improve team performance. A service division of Toyota reported a 35% increase in productivity and a 25% increase in customer service levels after using the E-Scale system as the centrepiece of a long term coaching initiative.
But where does the E-Scale system differ from other profiling tools?
Many personality profiling tools are limited to merely outlining people’s preferences, traits, strengths and weaknesses, whereas the E-scale ‘evolves’ personality profiling into a systematic ‘emotional intelligence development process’.
It does this by revealing the underlying framework or paradigm of emotional drivers, thought patterns and behavioural habits that actually give rise to personality style. By targeting profiling and development at this level of awareness, the E-Scale moves beyond surface-level descriptions and towards stimulating deeper level paradigm shifts in people.
Damien Deighan, Powerful Organisations Director, is keen to demonstrate the effectiveness of his company's E-Scale system:
"This is a really good offer for anyone who is looking for something more from a profiling system. It is chance to experience for free a system that is being embraced by some of the world's most successful companies."
He added: "We are confident that once people have experienced the power of the E-Scale for themselves they will want to use it across their companies."
After completing the 9-page E-scale questionnaire, users will receive a 90-minute feedback session. The service, which normally costs £375, is being offered free of charge to HR Professionals, Managers, Directors and other individuals involved in staff development and training.
Mr Deighan stated the offer was limited and on a 'first come first serve basis'.
