The first company in the UK to provide a range of outsourced letting and management services to the corporate market is celebrating its 21st anniversary.
Rushbrook and Rathbone were established in 1988 to work with companies placing employees abroad, offering advice and assistance to candidates with their UK housing, adding value to their recruitment packages.
The company, based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, has now built up an impressive portfolio of properties worth in excess of £250,000,000, the majority of which are owned by expatriates on overseas assignments.
Rushbrook and Rathbone work with many international banks and petrochemical companies to ensure that employees leaving the UK to work abroad have a stress-free experience when letting their UK homes, free from disputes and legal wrangles.
