Top Ninjas Share Recession Busting Tactics for Success
BUSINESS “Ninjas” are ready to storm Cardiff, with a message of survival for anyone facing redundancy, or looking to switch careers in today’s tough working world.
A crack team of experts, led by the brains behind The Growth Circle, Phil Terrett, is preparing to share hot tips and winning tactics for success with some of the region’s top entrepreneurs and professionals, at The Growth Circle Media Summit.
On June 8, for one day only, Phil and his colleagues will be showing their guests at The Maldron Hotel event, how to make the most of the latest advances, without abandoning the long-established principles of business.
Also amongst the team of ninjas accompanying Phil is business networker extraordinaire, Brad Burton, the MD of the UK-wide 4Networking group.
Top SEO copywriter, James Daniel, marketing expert Jane Silk, sales whizz, Mick Merrick, social media aficionado, Allan Blair Beaton II, branding expert, Michelle Dalley and customer communications guru, George Savva will also be amongst the group of experts on hand to share their wealth of experience.
Phil says the ‘not-to-be-missed Summit’ will show anyone in business or considering a career change how they can survive and thrive:
“We live in uncertain and challenging times. Redundancy rates are set to rise again this year, so thousands of professionals are left wondering what to do next. For some, it is a golden opportunity to finally set-up in business,” he said.
In common with many business experts and analysts, Phil is convinced that the whole nature of business is changing forever.
“A lot of people in their forties and fifties have started to feel left behind. Everything has changed. Technology and hard economic times have merged and created a new world where consumers have radically different needs and expectations,” said Phil.
“It means businesses have to learn to walk all over again and anyone who ventures into the new market, with only their trusted old methods, is going to be lost forever.”
And Phil isn’t just paying lipservice to difficult times. He may have been a one-time Punk, but the 50-year-old’s career path also saw him head up the team that developed the world’s first Smartphone! Now he and his ninjas are ready to share what they have learned through sheer hard experience.
“We’re all doers, not talkers. So much training is nothing more than marketing by numbers, led by trainers who only deal with theory,” he claimed.
“As a team, the ninjas have a huge amount of real world experience to share, and we’ll share it with everyone who is ready to adapt and tackle the new world head on,” added Phil.
