Top Marks for Clifton Lodge
Ealing's leading prep school is celebrating, after achieving a host of top results in its latest exams.
Now, pupils at Clifton Lodge independent school, in Ealing, are set to take up places at some of the best schools in London and as far away as Singapore.
Headmaster, David Baldwin, said that following the results of the recent Common Entrance and other senior school entrance examinations, all pupils had gained places at the schools of their choice.
This included places at City of London, John Lyon, St Benedict's, Latymer and Radnor House. Some students are also relocating to Singapore, after gaining places at the prestigious Tanglin School.
Mr Baldwin said: “Congratulations to all our pupils. I am delighted by these results and wish them continued success in their senior schools.”
The successful school has a focus on small class sizes, with specialist subject teachers, who begin to be introduced to lessons from Year 2.
Sport is played two afternoons a week, and there is a wide variety of music, art and drama available at the school. Pupils are also enriched with an extensive free after school club regime with after school care on offer until 6pm. It also offers students delicious, freshly cooked school lunches, which are prepared and served at the school.
Clifton Lodge is the only independent preparatory school in Ealing offering boys and girls the opportunity to prepare for 11+ as well as Common Entrance at 13+.
It has a Christian ethos, which combined with a broad curriculum, gives students an education that provides them with strong knowledge, skills and moral foundations for their whole lives.
