The Motorhouse in the Driving Seat at National Award Ceremony

High levels of customer service have lead to the car supermarket, The Motorhouse, winning a prestigious industry award for the third time in four years, at a glitzy ceremony in London.

The Motorhouse was crowned the overall winner in the ‘Best Car Supermarket Customer Service’ category, at the 2011 Auto Trader Click Awards, which is drawn from independent research conducted amongst the UK’s motoring consumers and the industry’s leading automotive websites.

The Cannock-based company won the same award in 2010 and 2008, with a highly commended accolade in 2009.

“We are extremely delighted with our latest award, as this reflects our ongoing commitment to customer service excellence,” commented Steve Campbell, Marketing Manager at The Motorhouse.

“We sell hundreds of cars each week and it is crucially important for us to maintain the same high level of service for each and every customer. This latest award highlights our unstinting efforts.”  

Now in its fourth year, the Auto Trader Click Awards recognise the best in automotive website design and effectiveness. This year’s awards were presented at a glittering event at ‘Altitude 360 Black,’ on the 28th Floor of the iconic Millbank Tower in Central London.
