Redefining PR for North West Business
The UK’s largest press release writing and distribution service is giving away £10,000 worth of PR at a forthcoming regional business event.
pr2go are attending the Business North West show, being held at Manchester Central (formerly G-Mex), between 4th- 5th May.
The press release writing and distribution specialists are offering 100 businesses, attending the exhibition, a free press release – normally worth £100.
The giveaway will allow companies to have their news story crafted by a trained sector-specific journalist. pr2go will then distribute the press release to all relevant print, broadcast, and online media - both consumer and trade.
Since the company’s launch, pr2go has helped many businesses, from a variety of sectors across the country, to gain exposure in the UK's media.
James Hobday, CEO of pr2go, is delighted to be able to offer local businesses an opportunity to benefit from his companies expertise:
“Our company was set up to offer businesses of all sizes, the chance to tell the world about their products and services. For too long PR has been the domain of large Plc's - we are redefining PR.”
“Smaller businesses often have great news stories, but are restricted by budget and know-how. Educating local business owners on what PR is, and how press releases can be used to complement existing marketing strategies, has been our main goal this year,” added Mr Hobday.
This giveaway is being held in partnership with the Forum for Private Business and offered to members of Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
Phil McCabe, Media and Public Relations Officer for Forum for Private Business, said:
“PR is a vital, but often overlooked, part of the marketing mix. Quite simply, customers are highly unlikely to proactively seek out you and your product. - That is why it is so important to get the messages out there as effectively as possible.”
“Unlike most PR companies, pr2go provide a bespoke service, ideal for smaller businesses. This is an offer local companies shouldn’t miss,” Phil added.
The Midlands-based company has over two hundred clients currently subscribed to its service. Alongside a number of major national brands, pr2go's success stems from its innovative offering, making PR affordable to smaller business across the UK for the first time.
