Recruitment Genius is Full of Promise

An online recruitment agency in Kent has been crowned the winner of the ‘Most Promising New Business’ award at a prestigious awards ceremony.

Recruitment Genius, based in Sevenoaks, swept-up the accolade at the recent Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Business Awards ceremony. The awards are open to all Members of Kent Invicta Chamber, as well as all non-Members, within the Chamber’s geographical trading area.

Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce is a business network covering an area of Kent, encompassing Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells.

The Most Promising New Business category, sponsored by HSBC, is open to businesses who have been trading for three years or less and, as the name suggests, aims to identify those businesses that have the focus and potential to succeed in today’s tough economic climate.

The Award was presented to Recruitment Genius Chief Executive, Geoff Newman, who said:

"I'm delighted Recruitment Genius has won the Most Promising New Business award. As a challenger brand there is always a level of apprehension regarding whether we have the right business model and our alternative approach is right for the market.

“However, third party endorsements, such as the prestigious Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Award prove we were right to challenge the recruitment industry and will hopefully give other companies confidence to use our services", he added.

Recruitment Genius hit the ground running, with its innovative recruitment model, which enables businesses to cost-effectively recruit staff for a fixed-fee of only £199.
