Pr2go, the UK’s largest budget PR service, is launching a new range of products and is looking for agents to help bring the products to market.
Currently, the business supplies companies of all sizes with a professional press-writing and distribution service for a one-off price of £79.99. The new range of products, due to be officially launched at the New Start Business Show at the Cardiff Arena on Friday 12 November 2009, will mean that businesses will be able to employ pr2go as their retained PR agency for as little as £49.99 per month, meaning that customers can choose to pay a monthly fee if they require a more frequent service.
James Hobday, managing director of pr2go, said: "The new product range has been designed to help customers spread the cost of PR as well as giving them total flexibility in supplying stories whenever they like." He added that the product range was well received in trials and everyone involved is anticipating a very busy build-up to Christmas.
Pr2go have set a target of partnering a minimum of 200 agents to help them bring the new products to market over the next twelve months. The company will be targeting predominantly independent marketing and business consultants to help sell the range; they hope that the generous commissions available will entice some of the best people in the industry.
The new product range are perfect additions to the pr2go ethos which is to allow all UK businesses the chance to get their 'voice' heard in both the on and offline media, regardless of their size. The company believes that for too long public relations has been the preserve of the few elite businesses that can afford extravagant PR agency costs.
Anna Wooliscroft from Market Avenue Limited has become the first of pr2go's agents. "I came across pr2go at a 4 networking meeting in the Midlands," she says. "It was an easy decision for me as the products are great and my clients could really benefit. I will be able to earn repeat income as well as gaining extra commission if I enlist the services of other agents, it’s a win-win situation."
