Open Day Celebrates Building Confidence

An open day was hosted by Staffordshire based house builder Cameron Homes, to celebrate the completion and sale of two new £1 million Midlands properties.

The day was held at the luxury five-bedroom homes in Barker Road, Sutton Coldfield, on Thursday (November 10) to mark a successful 2011 for the company, who say sales and prices have been well above expectations this year.

The homes, called ‘The Tudors’, comprise of two £1 million properties, Seymour House and Aragon Lodge, which both sold before their November completion.

Cameron Homes have now laid down ambitious plans for more site development next year, having already acquired 14 new sites since the spring of 2010. They point to several initiatives, which have boosted business during a very challenging time for the property industry.

There has been a focus on helping people to sell their own homes through part exchange, and innovations for first time buyers include build up deposit schemes and deposit match, to help them to get onto the property ladder.

Going into 2012, Cameron Homes say they are determined to continue building family homes and build on their philosophy to of providing thoughtful designs, with low running costs and a strong support network for the buyer.

Ian Burns, Managing Director, believes business is out there, despite the tough economic climate.

“2012 will be challenging, but we have a strong belief in our product and have real confidence we can build on this year’s success.”
