One Stop for Convenience in Leicester
Shopping got a little more convenient for local residents, with the opening of a new store last Thursday.
The new One Stop store, on Stephenson Drive, Leicester, opened its doors with the promise of being ‘the best for customers in the neighbourhood’.
The local economy has also received a welcome boost, after bosses hired eight new employees to serve the households in the store’s local vicinity.
The One Stop store, which will trade seven days a week, is open from 6am till 10pm. Facilities on offer for customers include a free-to-use cash machine, E Top-Up and National Lottery, with plans to have PayPoint available in mid-April.
William Darbyshire, Store Manager said:
“We’re delighted to have opened the store. Our long opening hours, coupled with fantastic daily offers will ensure we have something for everyone.”
“The One Stop chain offers great value and great customer service and I am confident my team and I will be able to bring that and more to local people”, he added.
The One Stop store chain has an enviable retail record and operates stores across England and Wales – many of which serve the needs of small urban communities. The chain employs more than 7000 people across its operations.
