‘One-comms’ system solution for UK businesses.
IT systems providers in the North West this month relaunched their Voice Over IP (VoIP) services under the new brand name ‘Onecomms’.
Through the Onecomms brand, Manchester-based Computerised Business Systems (CBS) provides Voice Over IP (VoIP) telecommunications systems solutions for businesses of all sizes, from a single user with one extension up to a bustling call centre, with hundreds of extensions.
Andy Thompson, Director of CBS, highlights the benefits of using VoIP as a communications platform:
“Line rental is practically nothing, and call costs are around 75% less than traditional telephone systems. Businesses can also benefit from call recording, call logging, voicemail and paperless faxing as standard.”
Andy Andrzejczuk, founder of Allnetworks, echoed Andy’s comments after using the service provided by Onecomms:
“The quality of the product supplied by Onecomms is giving my business the edge over my competition and ultimately is providing my customers with the lowest cost calls available in the UK"
With demand for VoIP increasing significantly over the last few years, CBS realised there was a need for significant investment in its service offering in this area, prompting the rebrand.
