Nice day for a wedding fayre

LOVED-up couples flocked to a Wedding Fayre seeking inspiration for their big day.

Ardencote Manor Hotel, in Claverdon, Warwickshire, welcomed more than 300 visitors to the event, which took place on Sunday morning (17th October), under blue skies and unseasonal sunshine.

There were almost 80 brides at the event, taking their pick from 20 exhibitors - including classic car suppliers, jewellers, florists, photographers, musicians, stationers, and luxury travel agents.

Guests were given guided tours of Ardencote's gorgeous function rooms and bridal suites, which organisers say resulted in numerous wedding bookings for 2011 and 2012.

Maja Foster, marketing manager at Ardencote Manor Hotel, Country Club & Spa, said: "Once again our Wedding Fayre was a roaring success with more than a hundred guests arriving every hour. Ardencote Manor was bathed in glorious sunshine, making it a perfect day to inspire brides and grooms! Everyone, including our exhibitors, told us how much they enjoyed the event. It was wonderful."

Brides in attendance were automatically entered into a competition to win the I-Lipo Tester Course - the latest in laser lipolysis, a pain-free inch loss and body contouring programme. They also received an Ardencote Goody Bag packed with brochures, special offers and various treats to help make their big day special.

The Ardencote Wedding Fayre, which takes place twice a year, in the Spring and Autumn, is regarded as the most successful of Warwickshire's Wedding Fayres.
