New store is on the ball in Rugby

The residents of Rugby saw the opening of a new convenience store this month.

The One Stop store, on Lower Hillmorton Road, a busy connecting route into the town centre, opened its doors with a promise of being ‘the best for customers in the neighbourhood’.

The new store has also given the local economy a welcome boost after bosses hired 15 employees to run the new store, which will serve the surrounding residential area.

The store, which will trade seven days a week, is open from 6am till 11pm. Facilities on offer for customers include a Post Office, a free-to-use cash machine, E Top-Up and the National Lottery.

Irene Martin, Store Manager said: “We’re delighted to have opened the store. Our long opening hours, coupled with fantastic offers on a daily basis will ensure we have something for everyone. The One Stop chain is synonymous with great customer service and I am confident my team and I will be able to bring that and more to local people.”

To celebrate the opening of the new One Stop store, leaflets have been distributed around the local area, which give customers a number of money-off vouchers to use until 2nd January 2011. For more information on the offers available, please contact the store on 01788 547554.
