Marine Sticks The Boot To Fitness

Members of the elite forces offer their expertise in weeklong residential bootcamps kicking off this January.

Ex-Marine and founder Tom Wyles will be passing on the Marine attitude to those who are serious about losing weight, mastering fitness and taking control of their nutrition. “I took from the Marines the motto ‘strength of mind’ and I want to give this to the clients I train with.” Says Tom, “Everybody has it in them to reach their goal; all they need is the confidence to reach it. My mission is to instil that confidence in each person who trains with me.”

Former and currently-serving British Forces Soldiers and Physical Training Instructors with more than 30 years teaching fitness and nutrition under their belts will be running the camps, set in the beautiful Tilford Woods, Surrey.

The week-long bootcamp is aimed at all levels of ability, shapes and sizes. During their stay participants will take part in a range of exercise including climbing, boxing, cycling, walking and circuit training. By the end of the week they will have also mastered meal planning, exercise routines, nutrition, goal setting and completed a workshop all about themselves.

Former participant Andrew Chisholm found the bootcamp life changing, "The residential week was focused specifically on my personal goals and aspirations which has enabled me to find an inner drive and enthusiasm that I had no idea was there".

Prices start from £650 per person (for two people sharing), included in that price is seven nights’ accommodation, meals, personal training and nutritional advice. There is also a generous 'Early Bird' discount of 20% if booked by 30 November.
