Magpies score exclusive internet deal for fans
Newcastle United is to financially benefit from a unique business venture.
A UK telecommunications brand has agreed a special broadband and landline package exclusively for football fans. Newcastle United supporters will be some of the first to trial the Internet deal, with 10% of the revenue from packages sold, being donated to the club on a monthly basis.
The Fantastic Telecom brand, wanted to offer a product that was both useful and cost effective and also something that would appeal to fans across the country. The 8meg broadband service will be available for just £5.99 per month.
Newcastle United are thrilled with the offer, as Barry Webber, Commercial Director explains, ‘We have been keen to work with Fantastic Telecom for sometime. Our aim is to constantly offer our fans something more and we feel that the Fantastic Telecom offering provides our supporters with something exceptional. The board at NUFC are excited about this new relationship.’
