IT SPECIALIST NETS CONTRACT TO KEEP RETAIL STAR SHINING
IT services specialist C24 has netted a prestigious deal to help keep one of Europe’s high-profile retailers online for further success.
West Midlands based C24 has been chosen to provide vital business support to outlet village developer, owner and manager the McArthur Glen Group.
Each year more than 75 million people flock to McArthurGlen centres. Their outlet villages comprise 500,000 square metres of shopping space and house more than 750 brands in 2,000 stores.
It’s an impressive contract win for managed services and applications hosting expert C24. The Halesowen based company will be looking after the retail giant’s critically important Cisco wireless network infrastructure, while sticking to stringent Service Level Agreements, across nine McArthur Glen centres in the UK and Europe.
Paul Hemming, C24 Managing Director, was delighted with his company’s achievement:
“Our business is going from strength to strength and this is highlighted by this fantastic win.
McArthurGlen is Europe’s leading business in the outlet village sector and its future plans will only see this position cemented.
We are so pleased to be working with them. This is a forward-thinking business and this win also shows the versatility of C24 in the retail sector,” said Mr Hemming.
C24 offers its clients a one-stop shop for all their IT needs. The company delivers applications, handles system integration and provides full management service and disaster recovery. It also operates an IT Helpdesk.
Always determined to meet its promises, the company works hard to lower clients’ IT infrastructure overheads. C24 aims to install secure, robust networks which allow its customers to concentrate on their core business. Its solutions are also designed to enable clients to outperform their competitors.
“As an applications delivery specialist, we aim to deliver World Class solutions within the SME marketplace,” added Mr Hemming.
