Hi-fi Retailer Pumps Up The Volume With Strategic Relocation

Hi-fi and home cinema retailer Hifi Gear is relocating its operations from Gloucester to larger premises in Hereford, as part of a broader expansion programme.

Hifi Gear is a bricks-and-mortar and online specialist retailer that services discerning music and movie fans.

Director Phil Glazzard commented: “Our development strategy involves continually expanding our market share, growing sales and improving profitability and the relocation of our business to larger premises in Hereford by the end of March is a key part of that plan.”

Established in 2003, HiFi Gear uses wide-ranging product experience to put together combinations of audio products to suit customers’ needs and budget.

The business serves local customers through its retail premises, which enables people to audition equipment in purpose-built demonstration rooms. An extensive stockholding means customers can often buy highly specialised products without the need to place an order.

Customer, Fiona Falconer, commented: “I would use this company again and again. From my initial order enquiry they were very helpful and the delivery service was excellent.”

Another customer, Darren Field, added: “I ordered a Yamaha YAS 101 sound-bar which was dispatched and delivered in less than 24 hours. Great communication from the seller and I was very impressed with the service and product.”
