Hayward Wright reaps the benefits of investing in staff

While many firms are cutting back, Worcestershire accountants Hayward Wright Ltd are making significant investments in the future by strengthening their leadership team and developing staff.

The expanding company has appointed Alistair Druett to as Development Director.

The newly-created post will see Mr Druett focus on helping to develop the Hayward Wright practice in the Hereford and Worcester areas. As former relationship manager at the Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce, Mr Druett already has a number of contacts within businesses in the area.

Alistair Hayward-Wright, Managing Director of the Redditch-based firm said: “We have known Alistair for a number of years with our involvement with the Chamber. We were delighted when he applied for the post of development director, and we feel that Alistair will be an asset to us at Hayward Wright in this exciting new role.”
