Growth is 'No Problem' for Small Business IT support specialists

A firm of Small Business IT support specialists in South-London is celebrating a period of rapid growth, following a series of recent client acquisitions.

No Problem Technologies (NPIT) is experiencing a rapid increase in its client base, with the latest acquisition being UK wide retail brand ‘Pretty Pregnant’, for whom NPIT will be implementing a centralised IT infrastructure and support service across the business.

The growth in client base has necessitated the recent move to the firm’s new, larger offices, although it has remained close to its roots and its original client base in the South London area. The new offices provide a range of benefits for NPIT, including a new conference suite, which allows the firm to host events and meetings with their clients.

The growth in client base has also created a new role at the firm, resulting in the appointment of a new Desktop Support specialist.
Simon Pither, Director of NPIT believes that the current success of the firm is based on two key attributes:

“Firstly, we provide unlimited support at a fixed monthly cost so that regardless of the maintenance or project work carried out, our clients only pay one specified amount, based on the hardware we maintain. In the current economic climate, this is a key benefit for our clients, as it allows them to more accurately predict their cash-flow.”

“Secondly, as we have been operating for nearly nine years, we have defined what we do, how we do it and the services that we offer, giving us all confidence in our ability to provide tried and tested quality solutions to our customers.”

NPIT is now setting its sights on continued expansion in the future, with plans in place to expand its client base and create new job roles in the new-year.
