Game Changing Firm Challenges Recruiters

An innovative recruitment agency has been shortlisted for a prestigious business award, in recognition of its next generation IT project.

RecruitmentGenius.com, based in Sevenoaks, has been selected amongst the top three finalists for the Kent Excellence in Business Awards (KEiBA), ‘Science and/or Technology Business’ category.

The winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner and Awards Presentation, on 30 June at Leas Cliff Hall, in Folkestone, Kent.

RecruitmentGenius.com were entered into the award category in recognition of their innovative recruitment concept, which helped over 38,000 job seekers to find employment within their first year in business.

RecruitmentGenius.com's bespoke IT project (nicknamed Einstein), processes up to 60,000 job applications every day, determining candidates’ suitability for job vacancies, using social media and CV parsing. The system then automatically keeps both the candidate and the employer updated about the progress of each vacancy.

Einstein also includes a user-friendly applicant tracking system, to speed up the recruitment process. The software has been created by RecruitmentGenius.com’s in-house IT developers, and is constantly updated with new and useful features, based on feedback from its clients. Its recent updates include a new API that allows HR-XML to be exported, allowing customers to use their own applicant tracking system.

As a rapidly growing business, RecruitmentGenius.com also uses the latest cloud-based services to power its IT systems, to enable the firm to reap the scalability benefits this offers.
