Fleet Company to Open New Office
A thriving East Midlands based fleet management company has opened a new office in Staffordshire to offer a presence for both its local and national customers.
Fleet Evolution, with its Head Office in Derby, has opened a new office in Lichfield to cope with sudden growth and demand, which has taken place in 2011.
The fleet management company now has 30 customers nationally, which range from five vehicles contracts, to salary sacrifice schemes for companies with over 1,000 employees.
Fleet Evolution believe it is vital to have a close proximity to clients with whom they work in partnership to introduce such schemes. The schemes benefit all parties, employer, employee and those connected to both but a degree of management expertise is required which is where Fleet Evolutions local teams can bring their experience to bear.
The Lichfield office will support Fleet Evolution’s West Midlands customer support team, who will now also be placed in an ideal central location to reach customers in London, or as far away as Scotland.
Fleet Evolution is a fleet management specialist who believes that a local presence is key to supporting local business, but also realises the need to offer efficient support to companies further afield.
Andrew Leech, Managing Director of Fleet Evolution, said: “We have seen fantastic growth, the majority of this growth has been due to salary sacrifice. We believe in working in partnership with local business and for us local offices are key to this.”
“Lichfield gives us the ideal base for our customer support team for the West Midlands, supplementing our East Midlands operation managed from Derby. While at the moment we supply all the standard tools such as software and 24 hour support lines, nothing in our experience beats the opportunity to work face to face with businesses and this expansion offers us the opportunity to do this,” added Andrew.
The new office is based on Eastern Avenue, with the train station just a five minute walk away. This allows the customer support team to be in London within 80 minutes, or Scotland within four hours.
