DiVersity is the key when it comes to good marketing
THERE were smiles all round when Nottingham marketing and communications agency, DiVersity, won two prestigious accolades at the RAR Awards in London last month.
The ‘Recommended Agency Register’ (RAR) awards, held at the Hotel Russell on April 21, were an opportunity to showcase the businesses that have performed best in the eyes of their clients. Throughout the last 12 months, nearly 2,000 ratings have been made by brand owners and marketing professionals who have been keen to formally recognise the service excellence of their marketing suppliers.
This year, DiVersity, a creative, marketing and management agency - based on Nottingham Road in Arnold - was shortlisted as a finalist in six categories in the “under 30 employees” section. These categories were ‘Brand Strategy’, ‘Client Service’, ‘Direct Marketing’, ‘Print Production’, ‘Professionalism’ and ‘Events’.
DiVersity went on to win two awards for ‘Client Service’ and ‘Print Production’, much to the delight of Client Services Director, Karen Abbott and Account Directors Eddie Johnson and Shelley Aveling, all of whom were there on the night to receive the accolades.
Diane Slaney, Managing Director of DiVersity, said:
“This is the first set of awards that we've entered as a business and we're thrilled to have won in two categories, particularly as the awards are voted on by our clients. What higher accolade could there be than an award based on what your clients think of you?”
The RAR awards have come at an opportune time of development for DiVersity, as they have recently completed the brand acquisition of Nottingham-based design agency Lawrence & Pierce, positioning the business for its next stage of growth as a full-service, regional marcomms agency.
