Cutting costs? SendOut for help
With public sector budgets constantly being squeezed and under scrutiny a digital mailing service has been launched to help organisations that are being forced to make budget cuts.
SendOut is aimed at public and private sector firms looking to save money and minimise wastage by closing their in-house document printing and mailing facilities and outsourcing the work to a third party.
The service from Send Marketing Solutions Ltd, was test-launched to the private sector earlier this year and already has already attracted numerous public sector organisations, including Nationwide Autocentres and Fujifilm.
From as little as 5p an item Send will mailmerge and personalise a letter using the clients' stationery, then enclose the letter in an envelope and mail it out second class, using the clients' postal account. Additional big savings can be made when using Send’s postal account and customers can expect to save up to 30%.
To further minimise wastage Send has also introduced a data screening service which will ensure mail is not sent to people who have moved or are recently deceased.
Guy Chatburn, Managing Director, said: "We have been pleased with the take-up of our SendOut service, even before the official launch. We have invested in the latest digital document printing and mailing equipment, which when coupled with our bulk postal discounts means clients are achieving daily dispatches and cost savings of up to 30%. Prompt daily dispatch is our priority and I'm confident that customers will quickly see the benefit of outsourcing to Send."
The company is expanding to meet demand, employing several new members of staff over the past few months to manage the operation and account management side of the service.
Send Marketing Solutions Ltd is a private firm founded in 2005. It is involved in data handling, mailing and document printing for clients throughout the UK. Its customers include Nationwide Autocentres, Fujifilm and Birmingham Repertory Theatre.
