Creative marketing company says two heads are better than one when it comes to networking

The VT Network (www.thevtnetwork.com) is a unique marketing concept that’s using video to increase the exposure of people in business.

The service was launched in April, and consists of a video-networking site where each member has a two-minute networking video produced to market themselves and their business.

Costs are kept to a minimum as each video follows a set format, using a pool of independent videographers around the UK. Videos are licensed for use outside of The VT Network’s own website, and can be broadcast through the members own website, YouTube or even their email signature.

Members use the VT s essentially as a talking brochure, driving traffic to their websites and increasing their market exposure. It’s more engaging than many other popular forms of marketing, and the very fact that The VT Network’s website is so popular indirectly encourages web traffic to each of the members pages.

Directors Tim Brain and Tony Pearson have been developing the website since late 2009, and Tony shows his enthusiasm for the business: “We want to be able to provide our members with a really effective sales and marketing tool as well as allowing them to benefit from the networking relationships with other members”.

Martin Havenhand recently joined the network to promote his business, CCMS Group, and has seen instant results: “It’s a terrific idea for anyone wanting to enhance their overall profile.
