Companies in the Driving Seat with Free Winter Tyres Offer
A fleet management company is offering to fit vehicles with free winter tyres in a bid to improve efficiency for businesses when the harsh weather strikes.
Fleet Evolution, based in Derby, is offering new and existing customers free winter tyres over the months of June and July - As well as free tyres, companies who meet with Fleet Evolution this summer will also be given free ice-cream.
Winter tyres have long been proven to have significant benefits on the continent, and are now being adopted in the UK. Both the East Midlands and West Midlands Ambulance Services are now using Fleet Evolution’s winter tyres following the last two harsh winters.
As last years stocks of winter tyres were in such high demand, Fleet Evolution want to ensure its customers are well prepared this year.
Andrew Leech, Managing Director of Fleet Evolution, said: “We want to keep our customers cool in summer, and in control in winter. Winter tyres are proven to be more effective on wet, ice, and snow covered roads.”
“The big freeze cost the economy billions last year. We want to keep businesses moving by making sure our customers are not affected by adverse weather conditions,” added Mr Leech.
Free winter tyres are available on selected vehicles delivered this year. To qualify, companies just need to book a vehicle through Fleet Evolution, and the winter tyres will be fitted later in the year.
