Chingford Pubs Forces Night for Help for Heroes
Local Essex pub to dance the night away for charity.
The Royston Arms in Chingford, Essex, is hosting a fancy dress party and disco on Saturday 8 October to raise money for troops serving in Afghanistan.
Manager of The Royston Arms, Simon Howard, served in the Royal Navy for 14 years prior to his role as a publican and wants to support our brave men and women through the charity Help for Heroes.
Simon commented: "Help for Heroes is a charity that is really close to my heart. I know where the money will be going and I also know who it will be going too. I have a lot of family and friends that are currently serving in Afghanistan or that are due to go out there soon, so it will make a real difference if we can raise plenty of cash."
