Charity pamper evening in Stevenage
Local residents are invited to treat themselves to a little relaxation and pampering, at a special charity evening.
The event, being held at the Spine and Wellness Centre inside Active4Less Fitness Club on North Road in Stevenage, is taking place on February 24th. All funds raised are to go to Lister Hospital Childrens' Ward, which is raising money to complete redevelopment works.
For a small donation, visitors to the event will be invited to take part in a number of relaxing health and beauty activities, including spinal checks, stress tests, relaxing holistic massages, facials, reflexology, Reiki and more.
There will also be special handmade jewellery items on sale, with a percentage of each sale going to the charity, a prize raffle, fine dining foods and refreshments available to all guests to raise additional funding throughout the evening.
Dr. Nabeel Alsaadi, Practice Director at The Spine and Wellness Centre, said: “We are delighted to offer our support to such a wonderful cause and we hope lots of local residents will join us at the event.
“At the Spine and Wellness Centre we work with individuals who are suffering with severe chronic pain or suffer from multiple types of injuries, and hence our close working links with the hospital. We thought what better way to show our support than to help raise urgently needed funds for the redevelopment of the Childrens' Ward.”
Anyone wishing to attend the event, which runs from 19:30 to 21:30 on Thursday 24th February should call 01438 355 522 or email info@spineandwellness.co.uk for tickets.
