Al Fresco Dining Experience To Launch At Harpenden Pub
A Harpenden pub plans to bring al fresco dining to customers with the launch of an outside kitchen, and will launch a summer of great food with a family barbecue.
The White Horse in Hatching Green will hold a family barbecue on Saturday June 20th to demonstrate the new kitchen, which staff hope will become a firm summer favourite.
Chris Smith, head chef at the White Horse, said: "I'm really excited about launching our Terrace menu for the first time. Being served alongside the existing summer menu, it offers a blend of restaurant quality dishes side-by-side with familiar pub favourites to appeal to all palates."
An extension to the White Horse's already thriving restaurant and bar, the terrace provides comfortable seating for anyone wishing to enjoy the summer sunshine and great food.
Chris added: "Our young enthusiastic team is committed to providing friendly service to ensure that guests enjoy their time with us.
"All of our dishes are homemade from locally sourced ingredients, and are reasonably priced, making it perfect for everyone, whether they're celebrating a birthday, entertaining a client or enjoying a pint and a sandwich whilst mulling over the paper," he said.
From June 20th, the outside kitchen will open on Saturday afternoons throughout the summer.
