A ‘sharp’ awakening for fitness enthusiasts

Midlands residents with a New Year’s pledge to shape up are in luck; with the launch of a new intensive 60-day workout camp.

Birmingham-based Bodysharp’s non-ironically named fitness challenge, ‘Extreme’, alternates between exercises to get to the very core of how the body works, helping fitness enthusiasts to lose weight and develop muscle tone.

The course involves 55 days of hour-long fitness classes and nutrition coaching, led by Bodysharp Master Trainer and former National League basketball player, Mikey Spice.

Michael Edmead, Manager of Bodysharp said:

“Millions of people hit the gym each day without much of an idea about what to do, but with the help of the Bodysharp team, they may be able to find a quick and easy guide to get them into better shape.”

The second round of ‘Extreme’, at Fitness4less in Birmingham city centre, begins on 14th January, following on from the huge success of the first intake late last year.

After eight weeks of intense training, slimmers and trimmers at the first camp had improved upon their initial fitness test by an average of 50%, with some losing up to two dress-sizes and others increasing muscle tone by up to 1.7kg.
