A Fresh Lease of Life for Business Identity
A South Wales graphic design and marketing company, is offering its own twist on the government’s phenomenally successful car scrappage initiative.
Creative Services Ltd, based in Porth, is giving firms a smarter way to boost their image, through its quirky new Logo Scrappage Scheme, which is already causing a buzz.
Managing Director, Gene Thompson, said the company is offering managers a unique opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a new, bespoke identity for their business.
“A business’ corporate identity is, arguably, the most powerful resource it owns. 80% of consumers will decide whether to buy from a company, based on its brand identity,” he said.
“With business prospects continuing to look grim for the next 24 months, it is essential that a business increases its share of a diminishing marketplace in order to survive.”
Creative Services, which has worked with a variety of firms over the last 20 years, across the public and private sectors, from manufacturers to service businesses, large multi-nationals and one-man bands; believes its new logo deal is a winner.
“To the best of my knowledge, this is unique. I’m certainly not aware of any other design companies doing this,” explained Mr Thompson.
Mr Thompson said the Logo Scrappage Scheme is not a “cut-down” version of Creative Services’ normal offer, clients just save themselves £200 on the costs of having a new identity developed, by trading in their old one.
Customer Matt Taylor, of Twisted Pair Technologies, said: “We have had very positive feedback from our re-branding and we will continue to use Creative Services.”
In an effort to maintain a green approach, whilst the old logo is confined to the history of the company, Creative Services recycles supplies such as letterheads, into new stationery for the firm, so that nothing goes to waste.
