A decade in business for the Bethel Convention Centre

Business leaders are being given a free chance to network as part of celebrations marking the 10th anniversary of one of the region’s premier venues.

The Bethel Convention Centre, a purpose built, £3.6 million venue on Kelvin Way, in West Bromwich, is holding a free networking event on March 24.

This will give businesses a chance to come together to build relationships, while giving the Centre chance to thank past and present customers, and give future clients the opportunity to see this prestigious venue.

Over the past 10 years the Bethel, which was refurbished in 2008, has played host to the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, Find It Sandwell, NHS organisations as well as Sandwell Council and the Sandwell Partnership.

It is also known for Gospel concerts and churches regularly use the facilities.

Fiona Conway, marketing co-ordinator at the Bethel said:

“Since it opened in 2001, the centre has been renowned as one of the Midlands’ finest venues for every occasion.

We pride ourselves on our service and would be delighted to show visitors our facilities.”

She added:

“Our auditorium is one of the biggest concert venues in the UK and each suite offers complete privacy, with the latest communications and audio visual technology, including ISDN and full blackout facilities.”
